What was your path to becoming a therapist?
I became a therapist after coaching parents for a decade. I believe that all families need support and that by strengthening families, individuals, and relationships, we can do a great deal of good for the world.
What should someone know about working with you?
If you can damage something, you can also mend it. I firmly believe in this; it guides my personal and professional life.
What do you do to continue learning and building competencies as a provider?
I continue to read, participate in training, and engage with colleagues who enrich and nurture my growth as a person and therapist.
