Sara Bilik has more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field treating children, adolescents, and adults. In addition to being a licensed therapist, Sara holds a master's Degree in integrative and functional medicine and is trained in EMDR. She takes a holistic and trauma-informed approach with her patients.
