Sidney Gaskins specializes in working with individuals, ages 19-65, living with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and loss. Clients are welcomed into a nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship that encourages openness and action-taking by using traditional techniques along with holistic and creative interventions to make therapy a dynamic, interactive experience.
