Sifat Ameen

Sifat Ameen is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who works with adults in the areas of depression, anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions, with a special focus on college students and young adults. She takes a collaborative, practical approach—using medication thoughtfully alongside brief therapy—so clients feel heard, unrushed, and in control of their care.
