“I truly want the best for all of my clients and am willing to do whatever it takes to see them succeed and achieve their goals.”
What was your path to becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker?
I have been lucky in that I've known I have always wanted to be a therapist; I've always had the desire to help people and listen to their stories. As a therapist at an outpatient mental health center in New York City for over three years, I had the opportunity to work with so many amazing people. To me, seeing people improve and get better is why I chose this profession. I truly want the best for all of my clients and am willing to do whatever it takes to see them succeed and achieve their goals.
What should someone know about working with you?
I want you to feel heard, safe, and comfortable. I want you to feel that you are not alone and have someone in your corner when times are difficult. You do not have to do this alone! I believe in a strengths-based approach and will meet you wherever you are on your journey.
What do you do to continue learning and building competencies as a provider?
I specialize in treating OCD spectrum disorders and feel that there is a need for specialists in this area. I am passionate about learning more about treatments every day so I can be informed for my clients.
