My practice began with experiential courses in metaphysics on being, called Ontology. They empowered me to break free from the constraints that my past imposed on me. From there I began to pursue the career I wanted, which was being a psychotherapist. My theoretical foundation is Existential-Humanistic Therapy. Additionally, I specialized in trauma, attachment, and couples.
