Tu Nguyen is a cisgender female, Vietnamese-American, 1.5-generation immigrant, residing in the bay area. She is most passionate about healing intergenerational trauma through a holistic care approach. She is an attachment-based, trauma informed, and somatic therapist who utilizes integrative therapeutic practices to help guide you through your healing journey.
