Wynn Helms

Wynn Helms has been a licensed marriage and family therapist for almost 25 years in CA. Wynn works with individual adults 25 years of age and up in the areas of self-growth, life transitions, grief/loss, and general mental health issues. She is certified in EMDR, Internal Family Systems and has worked extensively with trauma clients. She works virtually throughout California.
