What was your path to becoming a therapist?
Since 2015, I have provided a number of specialized therapeutic services to those dealing with challenging life experiences. Client wellbeing is my number one priority, and I go above and beyond to help clients through all their obstacles.
What should someone know about working with you?
Therapy is such a personal journey. As a therapist, I believe that therapy should be alive and engaging. I pride myself on offering a space where therapy is a tool for us to connect and for me to be able to relate to you. The old school model may not work for you; I have experience with old model and new model psychoanalytic approaches.
What do you do to continue learning and building competencies as a provider?
I use a decade’s worth of client work and professional training from New York University, specialized training in psychodynamic and behavioral therapy, and my years of psychoanalytic training at the Manhattan Institute for Psychoanalysis to ensure that you get the best individualized experience. You don’t buy one-size-fits-all suits so choose a therapist who will meet you on your level and take you to the next one. I’ll be with you when you meet your edges, because I want you to grow and live your most fulfilling life.
