We believe when providers have the support they need, mental health care gets better for everyone. At Alma, we’re pioneering a new model for mental health care — one that gives providers the autonomy of a private practice with the support of the Alma platform.
Alma contracts with Alma Community Network, P.C. (“Medical Group”), which is an independent medical group with a network of United States based health care providers (each, a “Provider”) to provide online telehealth clinical consultations, services, and/or treatment. Additionally, Alma offers independent Providers (“Independent Providers”) the ability to offer their services on our Platform. The Independent Providers pay a monthly fee to Alma to be able to utilize Alma’s Platform, which enables the Independent Providers to offer their Services through the Platform.
