What was your path to becoming a therapist?
I have been a counselor for a number of years. I started out wanting to work with people in crisis and help them restore order to their lives. It was during this time I also learned the power of presence and the ability to be there and hold space for an individual while working on figuring out an answer.

I have always believed that we have the power to confront and resolve our problems. I see my role as a guide who will help you arrive at your own answers.

I am very excited to see how telehealth shapes the field of counseling and what unexpected opportunities may present themselves.
