Profile
“I have a very laid-back approach and try to keep things personable while also making good use of therapeutic techniques to arrive at a deeper understanding of the issues.”
What was your path to becoming a therapist?
I have been a counselor for a number of years. I started out wanting to work with people in crisis and help them restore order to their lives. It was during this time I also learned the power of presence and the ability to be there and hold space for an individual while working on figuring out an answer.
