“I specialize in helping individuals who are motivated to grow in wisdom and self-knowledge.”
What was your path to becoming a therapist?
I became a therapist after having a career as an artist and designer in New York. Today, I work in schools with children and with adults who suffer from depression and anxiety. I specialize in helping individuals who are motivated to grow in wisdom and self-knowledge.
What should someone know about working with you?
I use mindfulness exercises, education, and a skills-based approach in my work as a therapist. After an initial intake session, I will ask you to set two goals for therapy. Together, we will design a treatment plan to help you reach those goals. I may ask you to keep a journal or to engage in outside reading between sessions.
