Profile
“I provide a safe and supportive environment where you will learn how to make small shifts that can create significant changes over time.”
What was your path to becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor?
I completed my master’s in counseling psychology in 2006 and enjoyed working in community health for several years before starting my private practice. My areas of specialty include depression, addiction and codependency recovery, trauma-informed care, anxiety, religion and spirituality, and domestic violence.
What should someone know about working with you?
I provide a safe and supportive environment where you will learn how to make small shifts that can create significant changes over time. I will help you access your inner strengths and intuition, develop self-compassion, and live more authentically.
What are you most excited about within the evolving mental health landscape?
I have enjoyed connecting with clients from all over Washington and Florida now that telehealth is available. Getting to see my clients in their own environments where they feel comfortable has really shifted the work we do together for the better.
