Profile
“This is more than a job; being a therapist, getting to know people at a real level, and providing help in a supportive environment are parts of my core values.”
What was your path to becoming a therapist?
This is more than a job; being a therapist, getting to know people at a real level, and providing help in a supportive environment are parts of my core values. I enjoy helping people with personal challenges and emotional burdens. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. I am also trilingual and can speak English, Spanish, and French.
What should someone know about working with you?
I’ll have you fill out a short questionnaire assessment to help me tailor your needs to your treatment. My intake process is simple: Tell me what brought you here. I want to understand what challenges you hope to work through in therapy and how we can best work together to help you achieve your goals.
How do your own core values shape your approach to therapy?
I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support, empower, and provide therapy in an empathetic environment. I look forward to working with you!
